As an aside…

Brilliant practice at Ebay spotted: offer a well stocked kitchen on every floor with free [or very cheap] food to staff i.e. tea and coke and cereals free, chocolates and crisps, cheap. And keep it clean i.e. cleaners on hand regularly. Workforce happy, at least about breaks. Creating taken-for-granted nice experiences so they can concentrate on the important work-day tasks.
